MTI strengthens Sri Lanka board with international appointees

MTI Consulting Sri Lanka, with a view on related business diversifications,  has strengthened its Board of Directors with 4 new international appointments in the capacity of Non-Executive Directors.

Darshan Singh is the Bahrain-based Senior International Consultant for the Middle East and African region, spearheading MTI’s HRM advisory practice. Darshan counts over 25 years of HRM experience working with the likes of Coca-Cola, Mars Corporation and lately in banking with the Gulf International Bank and BIBF.

Jason Cordier is the Korea-based MTI Representative and Associate for the Far East.   Jason previously served as MTI’s Country Manager for Pakistan and then Bahrain, before moving Korea. Jason brings a blend of consulting and academic experience from China, Far East and New Zealand where he comes from.

Saima Mazhar is MTI’s Country Manager and Director of MTI Bangladesh and has been instrumental in setting up and managing the Bangladesh operations over the last 10 years. Saima has led MTI’s project teams on some of the major consulting assignments that MTI has undertaken across multiple industries in Bangladesh, USA, UK and Pakistan.

Subash Bidare is MTI’s India Country Rep and specializes in branding and marketing, with extensive brand consulting experience in India. He has worked on MTI projects in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Kuwait, Bahrain and was trained by Intangible Business in the UK for brand valuations.
