MTI in Pakistan to strengthen ties with Arif Habib

Arif Habib Group is one of the leading investment companies that has built successful businesses across sectors including fertilizers, financial services, construction materials, industrial metals, dairy farming, energy and others.  As a known leader in diversification in Pakistan, the group ventured into the consultancy services through the incorporation of Arif Habib Consultancy (Pvt.) Limited (AHCPL) in January 2011.

AHCPL leverages the group-wide expertise and experience to provide consultancy services and practical on-ground implementation support to a variety of businesses. The company’s key consultancy areas include analysis of business opportunities, business and process re-engineering, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisition amongst others.

In a strategic move to build its international network, AHCPL partnered with MTI Consulting, an international management consultancy with operations across Asia & the Middle East and networked across the America, Africa and Europe, as associates in Pakistan.

To strengthen the ties between MTI and Arif Habib, the MTI members Suthaharan Perampalam, Senior Business Analyst & Gayan Dias, Business Analyst recently visited Pakistan to meet with the AHCPL team.

The meeting took place at the Arif Habib Centre with Mr. Nasim Beg, CEO of Arif Habib Consultancy, Mr. Junaid Munir, Manager and Mr. Muhammad Jehanzaib Khan, Analyst. The purpose of the meeting was to build the relationship between Arif Habib and MTI given the common domain of work they share in and the synergies that could be achieved in future projects.

Furthermore, the MTI team on an assignment for CIMA Pakistan was able to draw valuables insights for the study in regards to the macro-environment from the discussion with Arif Habib.
